cleverly designed locker system means we can offer the most
safe, secure and space efficient storage available. Our lockers
are available for fluorescent tube and bulb storage. They are
finished in a manner which will be compatible with surroundings
in the factory on the factory floor or in commercial premises,
schools, colleges and other public buildings.
Our TubeStore, and associated
BulbStore, have been designed for maximum security for waste
lighting and can therefore be located anywhere. Our Stores
are an upright system, and due to our lamp collection arrangements
are a permanent fixture, meaning space taken for storage is
minimised within your premises. Each TubeStore
holds between 100 and 170 tubes, and where
necessary Stores can be bolted directly together to optimise
space.
TubeStore and BulbStore stand
upright to minimise pressure on stored fluorescent tubes and
therefore minimise breakages during storage. Both have windows
in the door to enable your personnel to see when they are
full and to ensure care is taken when opening. The Stores
are secured to the wall to ensure that they cannot fall over
when full, and have adjustable feet to enable safe and stable
storage on any surface, and to take the weight of the wall
screws. The Stores need to be stored internally, though we
can supply for external use with prices on request.
The TubeStore has dividers
at two levels to separate fluorescent tubes and prevent them
falling. These have spring devices at the end to prevent light
tubes from falling out when the door is open.
Tubes stand in a small catch
tray, also with divisions for safety, which will ensure material
from any breakages can be safely stored. The TubeStore can
be locked shut with a simple padlock to allow access only
to authorised personnel.
The BulbStore has four shelves
with four containers in which to place waste bulbs. The containers
are of heavy duty plastic construction.
The
dimensions of each locker are 450mm (width) x 500mm (depth)
x 2050mm (height). Each TubeStore holds between 100 and 170
fluorescent tubes, and where necessary Stores can be bolted
directly together to optimise space.
